The hotel's rooms, though a bit small, were good enough for the price paid and filled with fellow travelers. The service was very friendly and helpful, offering convenient amenities. The location was close to key transportation hubs but might not be the safest area. The dining experience offered a standard Continental breakfast. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory for our stay.

The hotel is a mixed bag with a small room that had a slight smoke smell but compensated with a cable TV, minibar, and fridge. The bustling street view from the juliet balcony was enjoyable, and the noise was well-contained when the doors were shut.

Rooms
7.0
The room was small and had a slight smoke smell but was equipped with essential amenities like cable TV, minibar, and fridge. The juliet balcony offered a charming view of the lively street below, and noise isolation was commendable.
Service
9.0
The service was quite accommodating and friendly, which made my stay pleasant. The staff was helpful, especially in assisting me with retrieving my misplaced passport.
Location
6.0
The location was not bad, just a minute's walk from a good metro station. However, the surroundings were a bit daunting late at night due to loud bars and kebab shops nearby.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience offered a standard Continental breakfast with a variety of pastries and hot beverages. The self-service setup lacked attention, requiring guests to search for basic items like sugar and milk.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but not exceptional. While the room amenities were satisfactory, improvements in the dining area's service could enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel had a recently laid wood floor in the rooms, which were a bit too small but good enough for the price we paid. It was possible to squeeze around one side of the bed due to the compact size. The service was outstanding and exceeded my expectations, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry available. The location was very good, close to the Chateau d'eau tube station and only 2 stops away from Gare du Nord. However, the dining options were not tasty or filling at all and came at an additional charge of 6 euros, making it quite poor. The hotel facilities were average.

The hotel had clean rooms with nice amenities, although a bit small for the price paid. The service was a mix of extremely rude and very helpful staff. The location was convenient with a lively area but not without safety concerns. The dining experience offered a standard Continental breakfast, but at a slightly high price. The facilities were decent but lacked some charm.

6.6/10

The hotel room didn't match the website description; it was tiny, dark, and the shower head didn't work. However, the view of the street was charming, and the room suited our needs despite the size.

Rooms
6.0
The room was really small for a double room, but it had a double door opening to a bay window with a Juliet balcony overlooking the street. When the doors were shut, it was quiet despite the busy surroundings.
Service
7.0
The staff, including the hotel manager, were fairly nice, friendly, helpful, and very kind. They were polite and helpful when I needed assistance, like finding the master key to unlock something.
Location
8.0
The location was very good, close to the Chateau d'eau metro station and two stops away from Gare du Nord. It's a bustling area full of bistros but remains quiet late at night.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast was a standard Continental spread with fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, and baguettes, along with various drinks. However, it was a bit overpriced for what was offered.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities provided were sufficient for my stay but nothing extraordinary. They met the basic needs but did not stand out in any particular way.
