The hotel was well located, a short walk from the metro station. my room had nice diptyque products. A luxurious touch. the bed was comfortable. the building felt secure with good communication from the staff.

the street outside was a bit noisy at night.

the staff was helpful! nabeel fixed my tv, and found plates for a late dinner. i found them very responsive when i had questions.

The location was close to the metro! it was also near restaurants and shops. This made exploring simple. the immediate area felt lively and well connected.

clean room quality sheets efficient air conditioning

The room was very clean. The sheets felt high quality. Air conditioning worked very well. The front door had 24h attendance.

clogged drain constant noise

The shower drain was clogged, so water pooled up pretty quickly. It nearly overflowed. also, the street noise was constant. it was loud even with the windows shut tight. I struggled to sleep soundly because of loud sounds. i found this frustrating and not relaxing. the noisy street affected my stay negatively, and i did not get the rest i needed.

friendly staff complimentary toiletries convenient location

The staff were friendly and helpful . My room included complimentary toiletries and a well-stocked mini bar (prices were ok). The location was very convenient, and the metro station was really close.
